Can we add shout Box to the forums ?

There is a Tag Board module, it works as a shout-box. You
can place it above forum and below but not inside a thread.

kartheek, Control Panel -> Inactive -> Tag Board -> Install the module.

kartheek, to add it to forum you need to paste the code of the tag board ($CHAT_BOX$) into the place where you want it to appear.
