You can but you must keep uCoz copyrights: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/36-9267-1

Your website can't be made only from .html .htm pages. It's not allowed.
You must use at least one uCoz module and module must display in web.

You can edit uCoz template's source code and add your own design code.

Ok i don't think your full understanding my question here, what I want to know is can i make it so that my website doesn't have a defualt template? Like as in when you go to customize design and then the template builder, i dont want to have a template. I want to have a seperate design for every page that I add. When i have a defualt uCoz template it puts my design for each page in the content section of the template on each page. I have my own design with a content section but i dont want to have that as the defualt template.
Is there a way i can make each page its own design?

You can apply personal template for each page while creating/editing it.
Then you can modify pages in Customize Design. Place own template.

ok DARTZ thank you for that, but i have one more question regarding something completely different. Can i make my website password protected, so that when you go onto the site you have to enter a password because i only want my friends to be able to get on the site. I know i can put the site down and have them log in as me but i just want it to be a password for the site? Is this possible?

There is no such feature but I believe it might be possible by script.

You can set site visible only for logged in users and when people connect
to your website, only login form appears. Normal "User" group would not
be able to see website but you could move your friends to "Checked" and
grant viewing access.
