When I upload downloadable files to my website, .exe files.

The .exe file is put on the website as a link obviously and whenever I click on the link, it takes me to a page where it warns that the current file might be a virus and what not.

Is there a way to remove that index page where it says that it might be a virus, because it isn't.

It's not possible unless you rar/zip your exe extension file and upload it to file
manager, afterwards providing url on the entry. Then there wont be warnings.

Hmm....Hello I am new to this site hosting of ucoz and I was wondering if someone could help/answer my question.
Example. When somebody downloads something on my file catalog, it downloads or copies also the description and the notepad's name is Readme.
Example is here - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/icons-541/btnpoisonblast-167265/
Sorry for my bad english.

By standard means it is not possible unless you add the readme file manually and archive it together with the file to be downloaded.

How to make download (text files..) link from file catalog in any ucoz website?

Archive the files first. Or upload the files to File Manager and then provide direct links on your website.

mohamedkamil, make sure your Internet connection is ok. Try to use another browser and, if possible, another PC. If it does not help, provide the link to the file you are trying to download.

Yaro, how exactly do you upload music? Via File Manager? Please provide the link to the music file that cannot be downloaded.

you can edit user groups permissions for Guests in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups.
