1. It is not possible for uNet users but it is possible for local users. Switching to local users is possible for premium users only.

3. Be more specific, your question is not clear.

4. Free and premium users do not differ much, almost all features are available for free users.

He wants it so the registration page doesn't have as much content to fill out so that it takes all but 5 seconds to register.

Here is the solution:
Go to Main » Users » Module settings in the control panel. Here is what you want to edit:

URL of image- "http://www.armycommand.tk/misc_photos/edit_reg.png"

looneyhead, it won't work if uNet authorization method is used. uNet registration form is not possible to edit. Those are fields of the local registration form.
