I see on this forum the title is not the same on all pages, it change at every tread or category , how can we do the same tink?

You have a custom template therefore it's possible you messed up.

CP -> Customize Design -> General appearance of forum pages.

Find: $MODULE_NAME$

Replace: $FORUM_TITLE$
