Can I put comments form and display comments in the pages created by "page editor" ? Is this possible ? If yes how ? which code $string$ should I have to place ? Plz answer me as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

There is no such feature but you can try manipulating with Site News module
by creating categories and sections. Perhaps you can make it work out good.
