How to make a adrotator...or whatever it's called..

I have seen this on few websites, and i was wondering how could i do it.

How an "adrotator" works, basically it's just news sideshow, its just keeps going showing you the latest news, whit the text on it and when you see something that you like you just click it.

strads10, we have a News Ticker widget but I guess it is not exactly what you need. Explore widgets and gadgets.

Ah, well didn't really find anything that would work for me in the widgets and gadgets, so i will use the banner rotator function for now...
