How to change the header image?U

Ugh, I feel like such a little bugger for asking all these questions! >.<

I'm editing this, since I found tons of questions...

1. How can I change the header image from the seat image (it's one of the real estate layouts, haha) to the banner I made.
2. How can I change the background COLOR, that surrounds the middle writing/layout and such? On the layout I use, I want to change it from the olivey green to blue.
