Change Color Scheme of template (Color Scheme)

I am trying to change the color scheme of my template (331). Currently it is a black, orange, and red theme. I would like to change it to a Navy blue and white/silver. I understand that you need to use the common templates style sheet with CSS however am confused on how to do it.

jgleavy, sorry but we do not provide support with custom coding.

If you aren't able to make colour modifications yourself, choose other template.
