I had been working on a website with one of my dear friends. At least she used to be... Now i've learned my lesson, admin my own site by myself... haha

After a series of onfortunate events that I do not wish to repeat, she has gone through and torn down (along with her friend) numerous of the guides that took me absolute HOURS to complete. She also attempted to hack onto my accounts on numerous OTHER websites, and managed to get on my account on a game on which I have spent almost 1,000 dollars. That was taken care of, then she moved to my HI guides.

First, how can I block IPs again? I knew it at one point but forgot it, seeing as I never had the need to do anything.

Second, Is there any way I can get all the work that she ruined, back?

Third, very noobish question ehre, what is the FTP password? Not asking for yours, just what does FTP stand for?

If I change my Webtop pass, and my Seperate pass (can't remember how to spell that... curse you dyslexia!!), am I safe?

Any tips and advice... totally welcome! Sorry if this doesn't og here, I'm in a bit of a flurry right now, aha.

No, unless you made a backup earlier.

(Which is suggested to be done from time to time)

(For definition of FTP use Google)

Yes, of course.

We suggest you to create password containing upper-case and low-case.
Also numbers should be involved. Make sure your secret question can't
be answered by your friends. Our security system is high and protects
accounts very well. Most common mistake user makes is when adding
answer to secret question - user provides an answer which can be easily
guessed by user's friends or family.

Always make a backup of files and backup of template.
