Add Moderator to all sections

Hello, on my site users can contact me to become moderators, if I accept them, I'd have to manually insert them in every section, which is a lot of work if I have many sections.

How could I add this user to all sections as moderator in a faster way?

Programer, CP -> Users -> User groups -> the group you need -> Forum -> disable "Use control functions (marked in red) only in forums where a user is the moderator".

I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
