What you mean? You can't change "http:" part, it's everywhere in the internet.

and I mean:

I have a forum called "aaa".ucoz.com and wants to have "bbb".ucoz.com!!

I wanted to change the name of the forum in ucoz .. but I will do a new forum

It's not possible. You will have to create a new website.
