err... how to change the logo and background??? please tell me i don't know how!!! thanks!!

How much from a logo you want to change? Whole header? There is information
such as date, buttons, login. You can't just remove it randomly. If you meant it
in a different way then make a screen-shot and also provide your new banner url.

As for the background go to: Control Panel -> Customize Design -> CSS.

Find and Modify:
.replaceBody {background:url('/.s/t/391/1.jpg') #1D1D1D; }

i have another question.... i changed the .ico file but when i look at the site, it doesn't change.... this only happens on google chrome... on firefox it's ok... can you help me with it?

also the background... i can't seem to replace it
