Okay, a couple questions.

First off, how can I submit my website to search engines such as Google, Yahoo, etc? And, will that cost any money?

Second, how can I add tags to my website? I know there's a widget thing on the Site Builder, Tag Cloud or Site Tags or something.

What tags do you mean? Do you want to add tags to your entries or meta tags?
