How to restore website?

It said that the restoration instructions has been sent to the registration e-mail of the website owner. But still I haven't received any instructions. How can I restore the website? Thank you.

Yeah, I checked my spam folder, but it was empty. I'm waiting since I think last two months but still I haven't receive any instructions.

Marc, the message could be filtered by your email provider, therefore I suggest that you contact its support service. If you still cannot find the message, contact our Tech.Support till it is not too late and the website can be restored manually by the techs.
