Ok, i can access/message on my forum on my website perfectly fine, but when my friend who is a moderator posts a comment/accesses topics, he gets an error as this "This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://hentaifanclub.at.ua/forum/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

This happens to him 75% of the time or more he trys to access the threads/ post a comment... please any fixes? I have checked the user rights and I don't see a problem.

Here is a image of the error via my friend "http://i25.tinypic.com/mcrhuq.jpg"

MiyukiHayashi, most probably the problem is local. Ask your friend to try to post from another PC and/or network connection. Or you can log in with his account details and check it from your PC.

Ok thanks for the information, I attempted to login and do what he was getting errors at, It seems I can do those things fine without errors, so I understand it is an error on his side. Do you have any information to fix it for him?

MiyukiHayashi, I think he should try to contact his network provider. But ask him to try the following steps as well:

1. Disable your firewall, antivirus while running diagnostics;
2. Disable the traffic saving services (e.g., Traffic Compressor);
3. Try to use another browser or update the current one. Maybe some necessary browser functions are disabled or are working incorrectly. If your Internet Explorer version is less than 8 – install latest Windows updates, or install Internet Explorer 8 as a separate package; if you use the Opera version less than 10.60 or Firefox less than 3.6.3 – update the browser.
4. Make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser.

Thanks for this info, but we may have found a fix... It seems it doesn't work whenever im editing the forums (and some time quite after) so it seems to be fixed, if the problem continues when im not doing anything to cause it, i will surely try your advice. Thanks Sunny!
