everytime when I change the top part of the website (changing logo, adding/removing a word or even adding a dot) a big space comes between the top part of the site to the content.

All I did was adding a tiny dot after the "RSS", and this big space comes!

I was using the Visual HTML Editor.

I don't know if its happening on other designs..

EDIT:

I changed the logo for Design # 231 now, and same thing happened:
