hello there is one web site has the same Design as my web site so his telling me to change the Design should i change it or just keep the same and the Design is custom made his telling me that his going to report my website to Ucoz who should i do

If you stole his template then he has all rights to report it but if
you downloaded it from somewhere else then his report will fail.

Provide url's of both websites and url of where you got template.
