Our site was all fine one day then one of our members told me that there was no login button. I looked at the template and saw that he was right. So I tried to add the login coding again for them at the top banner section, but that still didn't work. I've tried to add a login on the 1st container, but that hasn't worked either. So I decided to just replace the template with another then replace it back to template #231. When I tried that, most of the templates in the game section for us are missing that login button code and each time I try to add it, it doesn't show up for anyone. Templates that follow the pattern like #805 do work for some odd reason, but template that follow the pattern #231 don't work for the login.

I've tried to restore the template by clicking on the "Restore Default Template" button, but that hasn't worked for us either.

This is the default ucoz coding that we get when we change the template. You see that it shows a login option there but it doesn't show up on our site.

Code
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" height="100%">
<tr><td width="50" style="background: url('/.s/t/231/1.gif') left;"></td>
<td valign="top">
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%">
<tr><td width="361"><img src="/.s/t/231/2.jpg" border="0"></td>
<td style="background-image: url('/.s/t/231/3.jpg');">
  <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%" height="202">
  <tr><td align="right" height="82">$WDAY$, $DATE$, $TIME$</td></tr>
  <tr><td align="left" height="60"><span style="color:#000000;font:20pt bold Verdana,Tahoma;"><!-- <logo> -->(=Elite=)({STAR})<!-- </logo> --></span></td></tr>
  <tr><td align="right" height="25"><?if($USERS_ON$)?><?if($USER_LOGGED_IN$)?><!--<s5200>-->Logged in as<!--</s>--> <a href="$PERSONAL_PAGE_LINK$"><b>$USERNAME$</b></a> | <!--<s3167>-->Group<!--</s>--> "<u>$USER_GROUP$</u>"<?else?><!--<s5212>-->Welcome<!--</s>--> <b>$USERNAME$</b><?endif?><?endif?> <?if($RSS_LINK$)?>| <a href="$RSS_LINK$">RSS</a><?endif?></td></tr>
  <tr><td align="right" height="35" valign="top"><a href="$HOME_PAGE_LINK$"><!--<s5176>-->Main<!--</s>--></a> <?if($MODULE_URL$)?>| <a href="$MODULE_URL$">$MODULE_NAME$</a><?endif?> <?if($USERS_ON$)?><?if($USER_LOGGED_IN$)?> | <a href="$PERSONAL_PAGE_LINK$"><!--<s5214>-->My profile<!--</s>--></a><?else?> | <a href="$REGISTER_LINK$"><!--<s3089>-->Registration<!--</s>--></a><?endif?><?endif?> <?if($USERS_ON$)?><?if($USER_LOGGED_IN$)?> | <a href="$LOGOUT_LINK$"><!--<s5164>-->Log out<!--</s>--></a><?else?> | <a href="$LOGIN_LINK$"><!--<s3087>-->Login<!--</s>--></a><?endif?><?endif?></td></tr>
  </table>
</td>
<td width="47"><img src="/.s/t/231/4.jpg" border="0"></td>
</tr>
</table>
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="100%"><tr><td width="12"><img src="/.s/t/231/5.gif" border="0"></td><td style="background-image: url('/.s/t/231/6.gif');"><img src="/.s/t/231/6.gif" border="0"></td><td width="11"><img src="/.s/t/231/7.gif" border="0"></td></tr></table>

I am wondering if our site is only bugged like this. So to sum up the problem again, our login link doesn't work anywhere for people. This problem is real strange because we had ucoz for months on end but never had a problem with it. Only says RSS and Main. Btw I do know the rules, no coding help. We are not asking for coding help, we are just wondering why the login button won't show up anywhere. >_>

our website is http://www.elitestar.clan.su it's messed up right now because i restored it back to #231 again.

It's not template's fault therefore it is not uCoz's fault.

Solution:

CP -> Users -> Module Settings -> Activate "Users" module.

Mark this option.

Thanks for the quick help. It's been fixed now. biggrin

Now it's time to find out who played with the settings on our site.

Thanks again. tongue
