I am a new user ucoz, I was the admin at a forum that I made a month ago, I was upset for posting a noisy place to the hot thread, please enlightenment

You can't post "hot" thread. Hot thread applies to any normal thread after
it reaches certain post count. There is no other way. You can modify post
count requirement in Module Settings of the Forum module.

If you meant something else, explain again. It is hard to understand you.
