[Help] Why Forum' member can't use BBcode?

Some member send to me E-mail to wonder about they can't post Imagine and Links to Forum?
Can Everbody help me?

Admin7140, go to:

Control Panel > Users [left navigation menu] > User groups > User (group name) >Forum > and tick "Use BBcodes"

Admin7140, and also check the option "Use BB codes [URL] and [IMG]".
