In Forum, Is it possible
That Users can't open the thread
unless his/her post reach 15 (admin's example)

Maybe, the solution for this is
attach password to the thread they want to open.

I will put a simple message, saying...
" You can open this thread if you reach 20 posts or more... "

Rank 2: Sergeant = 20 number of forum posts (standard)

If the user reach this number or more... (list of users)
I will manualy send him/her a password
for the forum/thread he/she wants to open
via Private Message.

There are many people like me wink haha
after they get their needs, they're lost... wink
