How can I get it to atomatically post a message saying "$USERNAME$ has posted/replied to $THREAD_TITLE$." when someone has posted a new message in the forum (like in a Shoutbox)?

websiteguru, uCoz does not have such feature. But you can use informer to show recent post or comment.
