Problem with Blocks

Hello again, sorry for bothering you guys again.

I have a little problem,
I took all Blocks away from my left side website container and i added thouse blocks to the right side. Now i cant put any blocks (even new ones) to left side, and now left side is totally emty. Anyone has an idea how to fix this?

There is no "restore" button =/ , and if you meant Backup thing then i dont have it =/
