NippyBarrelHorse, you can change the user group of a specific user so that they are a Moderator/Helper. To do this you can go to their profile and there will be an administrator options men were you have the ability to change the member to a different group. Every uCoz site comes with a default Moderators group - you could use that unless you would like to edit it or make a new one.
