Site Statistics is confusing

I don't understand it at all. It says I have 6 visitors and 6 hosts(people won't even sign up because in registration it says they have to add a photo for a dating site),yet I have like 190 views. So if I look at the different pages it includes me as one of those visitors?

Heres what the statistics says.....

Hosts 6 (+3)
Visitors 6 (+4)
Views per visitor 34.0
Sessions 39
Views without cookies 0
Views without javascript 0
Reloads 0
Transitions from other sites 4
Transitions from bookmarks 36

The above is really confusing.

And then heres this jumbled mess........

from 3 to 9 2

from 20 to 49 1

Total 6

What the heck does all that from mean????

One Session - series of page views by one visitor if the interval between adjacent views is less than 30 minutes. Huh????
