mask, You can put any ads on your website. You have to insert the codes in the places where you want your ads to be seen. Please, refer to the following forum board - http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/5 or see HTML tutorials, e.g. http://www.w3schools.com/. Another option is to create another block with ads on the website. "Builder" will help you with this.
About the chat - you have to install Tag Board. This link will help http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/21-480-1

mask, we have not worked with fonetastic technology so far.
You can change the site name via Builder: Admin Bar -> Builder -> Enable Builder -> edit the title and click "Save changes". See the following forum thread for more info - http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/5-5862-1
