Problem with XML File and Design Question

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

while editing any from my Customize design this error is always coming ....tell me how to solve this

i want change my entire design in my Template builder - design#971 is there but i don't want that look i want some other templates like Design #301 , Design #201 etc etc........
