If you sent e-mail using contact form, you never receive the e-mail. The problem is probably the broken e-mail module not working in Design # 808.
To reproduce this. Just try to sent an e-mail using this design on the website ! Also in this Design ( common settings) you cannot change the: "Contact details: Used for sending system notifications in case there is some activity on your website (if the necessary settings have been enabled)." You get the [ not confirmed ] error and you never get e-mail for confirmation. [Your e-mail xxxx@yahoo.co.uk is not confirmed!] Post edited by ursuletul - Friday, 2010-10-22, 1:02 AM

ursuletul, it is not the design problem. Most probably the e-mail messages are blocked by the email service you use or get into spam folder. Continue the discussion in one of the following threads:
