I'm wondering to know that how can users to use category "Tell a friend" when they want to send a message a friend?

Comment:I have created the form of "Tell a friend" from the category Tools/"Tell a friend" but i can't find the any options to "Tell a friend" when entering the site

My question is how can users access to this option (from which option) and to write something (Tell a friend)?
