Danishzaidi, no you can't , uCoz provides his own forum what you can change and modify in all way's
but you can make the Module Forum redirect to your vbulletin forum or ipb forum CP --> Main » Site menu builder and there just edit the /forum link with your other forum To busy building a passive income online ;)
