okay im dying to upgrade to basic plan.. but my big problem is, I don't have any of those card I only got cash.. dont know what to do*sigh

mecs, mabey ask you parents / friends to make a payment for u and give them the money if the payment is done

this is mabey a bad idea but you can't make payments without a card
