Ucoz has the "Forgot Password" reminder feature. If users forgot their password, they will just put their email and send it to ucoz services. And ucoz services will automatically send them their password to their email.

What if the users forgot their USERNAME? How can they retrieve their username? This is one of the problems with my site users. I'm using Local Users Id authorization. What should I do?

I would appreciate your help.

Hi CreativeCollusions, thanks for the reply. I appreciate your help. But I think this is very time-consuming especially if there are thousands of users listed. Users have to find their forgotten username manually. Is their other way like sending their forgotten username in their emails automatically. Please help, some users might not log-in again due to forgotten usernames. Is their other way?

I am afraid there is no such feature.

Thanks for the reply Sunny, I appreciate your help. Anyway, can I change the Log-in form by changing its username into email?...using Local User ID authorization.

khen, unfortunately no. You either have local users and username logins or you have uNet users and e-mail logins.
