How to see your avatar on forums??

so every people got an avatar like in this forum and i seen that you can see like mine avatar in this forum but in my website you cant how to change it i also added $_AVATAR$ to it but still dont work what is the problem ??? cry

D4XTRY, are you sure you uploaded an avatar to your profile

if u upload avatar it wil also display on forum

Profile ---> Change Details ---> Avatar (URL):
[ Select avatar | Upload own avatar ]

btw: this normally should be in General Questions

they did i did an test i uploaded an avatar made an test message on forum results= no avatar
then i looked in my friends profile i clicke profile and i see he had an avatar soo then i looked on one of his messages on forum results= no avatar sad

D4XTRY, i registered for testing and people can't change their profile so thy can't upload an avatar

i think you didn't gave them the user permission to do that

go to CP ---> Users ---> User Groups ----> Users ----> Users --->Edit own registration data:

Mark that and then press save
