I have created a banner rotator for my website can someone please tell me where to insert the code in order for it to work? Do i have to put the jave code on my main page or on the top part of my website section?

I'm sorry but that really doesnt help I want the banner rotator to replace the banner that is on top of the web page. This is my website. www.mercnation.ucoz.net I want the rotator to replace the call of duty black ops banner that is already there.
