I have created a site freewallpaper.ucoz.co.uk but is is down for a good time, I also tried to access through a proxy but same result.

Natashko, now I accessed the site through a proxy with us ip
When I try to access directly (Romanian IP) I get this message:

Anyway, the problem is that ucoz maybe banned a lot of IPs for uk servers, as I don't have any problem with my other sites. |
