Pop-up PM notification

Okay i was wondering if it was possible to make like a pop up thingy so like when my members receive a PM it will have like a Pop up notification that lets them know they got a message.

please help

when i add the code, i get a small white envelope ... when a new pm comes in, it is still the same ?
...should it 'spin' when a new pm is received ? ...also 'no sound' ?
