I know that the CMS application used by ucoz accomodates some custom design templates. however how can i create one and is it possible for me to test it on my computer before i upload it to the ftp file manager?

Krack3r, yes , you can make a template in notepad and make HTML and CSS files and save it in one folder ,I cannot really teach you how but it is possible ,I mostly do it when my internet goes offline
