Hey Soee,

If your site not visited by anyone, including you, for 40 days, it will be deleted for being inactive.

Soee, if you pay for a 3 months and there is nobody on your site your website will not be deleted at all , but after the 3 months if there's no visitors then it can be deleted

Soee, you can get visitors by meaning of advertising , banner exchanges , link trades and etc...

if a website do not have any trafic in months i think it is no need to exist at all..
i also agree with animorph that pay some time to your website is a good idea..
