Why can't people who register on our website upload videos if we allow them?

there should be that kind of option. happy

Edit User group permission. that page url will be http://YOUR_SITE/panel/?a=users;l=groups

Commandermalander45, go to Control panel: Main » Users » User groups » Set permissions for all groups->Other->Use File Manager->Tag the user groups you want to be able to upload video via File manager
