A moderator on my site reported to me that she was having trouble moving players into a different user group. I verified it as well and received the problem. When I move the user from Site Users from the blue bar on top and press Ok, it will refresh the page, but it won't save the group change made. It happens several times and is extremely frustrating. This function has only started glitching a couple days ago. I'm not sure what is the problem. site is esrohlegends.ucoz.com if needed.

Vallina, check the Moderator's rights: CP: Main » Users » User groups » Set permissions for all groups. Check "Move users to another groups". Do Moderators have the right to do it? If "Yes" - reset this permission.
Advise your moderator to use another browser or update the current one. he should make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser |
