I'm wanting to add a Timer before someone can post again.

Say, I posted a thread or a reply then before anymore can be posted anywhere else on the site you would have to wait 30 seconds.

I want it to prevent spam.

Michael, I don't think it is possible. And the security code helps to prevent spamming.

For now you can enable the security code for users when making a thread or reply.
