how do i delete users. there is a botton but when clicked prompt says move user to or banish? wacko

u can't delete if this user is a global unet user, i suggest to move him/her to blocked group

Zoryn, zephyr0287, is right. If you have Global authorization (uNet users) the only thing you can do is transfer users to the blocked group. Go to Control panel: Users->List of users->Change the group and save
You may change the authorization method to Local users to be able to delete users from the list. It can be done only if you buy a service from us, not less than 2 dollars.
