chr0me, I am not sure I understand where the problem is. Do you mean the Site news module? I can see that it is empty now. Specify your actions so we will be able to understand the problem
And change the thread name into more informative.

there are good templates , that you can easily edit with some simple HTML and CSS

This entry wasn't here yesterday when I checked. And it was added by you. So I guess your problem is solved.
Just in case, to add entries to the news go to Control panel: Site News->Add entry. To check them add \news to the name of the website like this http://www.pkingscape.ucoz.com/news
