Thrue the file manager...but I don't see it on the blog??...what did I do wrong??

pervmann2000, if you are the administrator of the website log into the website as administrator->Admin bar->Control->File manager
If you want to upload a large file go to Control panel->Main page
You may also upload files to Blog via "Browse" button under the blog's full text

As you can see by these screenshots I uploaded a file...but it does show on the blog??

Again I ask...what did go wrong??

pervmann2000, to upload file to File Manager is not enough. When you go to File manager you click on the file and receives its URL. Then you may insert it somewhere in the blog (in the entry).

pervmann2000, then you have to be really specific and describe your actions step by step, so we will be able to understand, what you are doing wrong.
Here is the screenshot of the file URL, which you can cope and paste in blog's entry
