Vik, yes you can achieve this ,but again post your questions in the good area's ,this is really your last warning , you are posting all your topic in the wrong places

make a topic about this or in "general questions" (for general questions) or in "design customization" (if you actually want to change things on your uCoz design)

Vik, provide more details:a website name, which banner do you have in mind, where exactly do you want this link to appear etc. A screenshot will be useful.
