Can someone/Is it possible / or maybe i can already put it :

I need script which works like this:

If user adds news/blog/publ/files/pictures/is active in forum / adds comments or is just sitting in site he gains experience / levels.

For example:

If user has level 5 he can add comments
If user has level 10 he can add news/blog entrys
If user has level 20 he can add files

If user has level 30 he can join special section in forum and gain more information/tutorials/files...

THIS WOULD BE AWESOME!

no this is not possible , you need to make groups and do it manually with different permissions

Gest3r, it is not possible. I might suggest you Auto-transfer. Go to Control panel: Users->User groups->Users [ Auto-transfer ]->Set the values there and press Save
