How can I change the background color of the redirection page when after posting or editing in the Forum. You can see that page right after adding or editing post in the forum.

Go to your CSS (Stylesheet) in Design Customization (in your Control Panel) and find:

.replaceTable {background:#F4F4F4;height:100px;width:300px;border:1px solid #B5B5B5;}

I believe if you modify this, you can change your 'Post Submitted' page.
