Is there a problem with a sever?

Hi UcoZ support,

I today have encountered something very... Strange. On one of my websites, http://vicecity.ucoz.net/ , when I click the "Login" link at the bottom of the page, the javascript doesn't work properly with the login form not coming up. But the site browser icon also doesn't show up. When I attempt to login directly via ../admin the whole thing is very buggy with the top control bar being blanked, showing no links. I also check the file manager and there are no files there, and I did not remove them, nobody but me has access to the Admin CP.

Is this just a bug with the system? I surely hope so.
