How can I change the IDs of these pages?

I'd like to have my pages IDs be numbered 1 through 10.

Unfortunately, you can't. The only way you can have a well-ordered page ID (e.g. 1-10) is by de-installing the Page Editor module and re-installing it. BUT, doing that will remove all your pages and it will start with a brand new set. (Like a fresh install.)
